Other than my family, writing and creativity are my passions - you'll usually find me with a pen or a paintbrush in hand...and at the weekend, a glass of red wine in the other.

I'm not a fan of using AI to create content, I believe people can see through it and it simply isn't engaging in a meaningful way. I went freelance in 2025 to fit work around my family and haven't looked back. Now I read broadly, engage in the community and have a list of hobbies longer than the time available to easily do all of them.
