The first place I start is always with competitor, audience and market research, establishing pain points, needs and ideal positioning.

Value propositions.

I'll talk to people within the business to establish exactly what it is you stand for, and what you want your customers to think, feel and do in any interaction.

Key messages.

The next step is developing the key messaging framework that explains your products and services, touches on the emotional and practical needs of your customers, and highlights what makes your brand unique.

Crafting the copy.

From here, the copy can be refined and built out into clear messages that can be used across a variety of media for consistent content that builds brand awareness and recognition.
